Information when Upgrading to V6R1
To successfully run the SkyView products on IBM i V6R1, you must have installed the release listed below or a later version. These versions have been tested on and are compatible with V6R1. Earlier versions have not been tested on V6R1 and may not work. We highly recommend that you install the latest version available to ensure that you have all updates and fixes related to V6R1.
SkyView Policy Minder for IBM i and i5/OS:
- Version 1.3 - Level 8109 or later. (Note: Since Version 1.3 is no longer shipping, if you are not at a compatible level, you will need to upgrade to Policy Minder Version 1.4.)
- Version 1.4 - All levels are V6R1 compatible.

SkyView Risk Assessor for IBM i and i5/OS:
- Version 2.1, Level 8225 or later. (Note: Since Version 2.1 is no longer shipping, if you are not at a compatible level, you will need to upgrade to Risk Assessor 2.2.)
- Version 2.2 - All levels are V6R1 compatible.

- Note: If you are upgrading from a very old version of Risk Assessor and you run the ANZOBJCVN tool, you may see conversion errors in the R_SKYVWRAP library. Don't worry! The R_SKYVW* libraries are "disposable." They are created during the installation of the products. They allow you to go back to the previous release if the installation fails or there are problems with the new installation. Once you verify that the new installation is working properly, you can delete the R_SKYVW* libraries.
