SkyView Partners Software Training Services

SkyView Partners Software Training Services is individualized training on the SkyView products taught by SkyView personnel. 

This service includes SkyView personnel teaching you:

• How to use each product in the context of your own system, data and environment 
  • For Policy Minder, this includes a thorough understanding of the features of the product, implementing templates and scheduling compliance checks to meet your specific policy, compliance and system administration requirements and reviewing the various ways to use Policy Minder to automate compliance and system administration tasks
  • for Audit Journal Reporter, training includes a thorough understanding of the product, a review of the i5/OS audit configuration of the systems, determining which pre-defined reports need to be generated to meet your organization's policy and compliance requirements, understanding how to modify the the condition lists to further refine the output of the reports and how to schedule and review the reports

Notes: 

• This service is not available for Risk Assessor. 
• The length of the training is 1 day for each product.  That is, 1 day for Policy Minder and 1 day for Audit Journal Reporter.
• The service is performed offsite.  If performed onsite, travel expense is extra.
