PIPEDA
If you are a Canadian concern or you do business in Canada, then you need to be aware of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act or PIPEDA. PIPEDA was passed by the Canadian government to protect the privacy of Canadians’ private data. PIPEDA sets rules that businesses must follow for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
